Hello, I am Jennifer Lively. This is my 27th year serving the public as a Real Estate Agent. Along the way, I have served on numerous committees at the Chattanooga Association of REALTORS® such as the Professional Standards, and Grievance Committee, and was recently selected as a candidate and now a member of the Leadership Academy. I have also had the honor of serving Veterans as a USAA Representative in their homeownership journey and that is something I hold very near and special to my heart.
In addition to assisting with the home buying and selling process, I have completed my broker's course and am now the Managing Broker for The Charlotte Mabry Team. It has been a great honor for me to join such a successful team and partner with Charlotte Mabry. I have been blessed and fortunate with clients continually referring me to their friends and family I have been awarded Agent of the Year for the last 3 years with The Charlotte Mabry Team. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. Between myself and my significant other Matt, we have 3 children, Hunter 26, Austin 25, and Ansley 17. We also have a rambunctious Labrador Retriever, Winston. We spend a lot of time on our mountain property consisting of 36 acres where we are currently building our dream home.
